Postage will be calculated at check out and will either be either the free standard delivery or the chargeable guaranteed next day delivery.
Standard deliveryStandard delivery items will be despatched on the same day for orders placed before 12pm Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Saturday will be despatched on Monday. Although it is not guaranteed most orders will arrive next working day.
Guaranteed next day deliveryThe next day deliver service applies on orders placed before 12pm Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Saturday will be delivered on Tuesday. The next day delivery service is only available subject to stock availability and demand.
The next day guarantee does not apply if:
- The delivery company is unable to deliver the item because there was no-one to sign for the item.
- The delivery address is not in mainland UK.
We do not guarantee the delivery time for items to an address for which a person has paid for a redirection service. For any special delivery arrangements please contact us.
Orders to the EUOrders to the EU may take up to 5 working days and delivery times can not be guaranteed to all EU countries.
Adeena Ltd can not be held responsible for postal delays as a direct result of actions outside our control.
Adeena reserves the right to change delivery charges at any time.
- Returns and Cancellations
We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. However, should you wish to return your order in full, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product providing a request is made in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods to the returns email. If you wish to return any goods they must be complete, unused, and in "as new" condition and returned within 14 days. Adeena reserves the right to refuse all returns, which fall outside these requirements. The cost of returning goods is covered by the customer.
When goods are simply unwanted or unsuitable, and conform to the details above, Adeena will refund the customer in full less any direct expenses Adeena may have incurred in fulfilling the original agreement.
Direct expenses incurred include any delivery costs whether charged to the customer or not (i.e. FREE Delivery). Deliveries are calculated by weight and delivery location.
Cancellations can be made for a full refund prior to dispatch of goods. All credits will be processed within 30 days.

The Adeena site uses high grade encryption to keep your personal details and credit card details secure. We use secure sockets layer (SSL) to encrypt data transmissions similar to other major online shops and banks.

Adeena does not store your credit card details once your order has been processed through the PayPal.
If you are using services such as Google Checkout, your card details will be stored by Google but not visible to Adeena.
